We are looking for energetic and target-driven Recruiters to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in building a career in recruitment and BPO hiring.

Experience: Freshers & Experienced

Salary:

- Freshers: 1.8 LPA (15,000/month)
- 1+ Year Experience: 2.4 LPA (20,000/month) Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Kormangala

Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and communication skills.

- Conduct initial candidate calls and explain job roles, salary, shifts, and other details.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain regular communication with candidates to improve interview-to-joining conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.

- Support high-volume hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming BPO requirements.

Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply!

- Candidates with 1+ year of BPO recruitment experience are preferred for experienced openings.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

- Ability to speak confidently with candidates over the phone.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment/job portals is an advantage.
