Role: Senior Recruiter / Recruiter (Executive Search)

Experience: 2–6 Years (Recruitment Consultancy / Executive Search experience preferred)

Location: Borivali (West), Mumbai

Preference: Candidates residing on the Western Line for convenient commuting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job portals, social media, and professional networking .
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for mid, senior, and leadership-level positions.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline across Real Estate, Infrastructure, Engineering, and related industries.
- Coordinate closely with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Negotiate offers,



manage candidate engagement, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and generate recruitment reports and MIS.
- Consistently achieve hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Desired Skills
- Strong experience in End-to-End Recruitment and Executive Search .
- Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms .
- Excellent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring performance.
