About The Role We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. This role is pivotal in sourcing and recruiting highly skilled professionals within the semiconductor and hardware technology industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of semiconductor engineering roles, industry terminology, and recruitment best practices. As a Semiconductor Recruiter at Triveni IT, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the delivery of qualified candidates to meet our clients’ niche semiconductor hiring needs. This position offers flexibility with remote or hybrid work arrangements and provides an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and industry leaders.

Qualifications The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting,



with a preference for those with semiconductor-specific recruitment background. A strong understanding of semiconductor industry terminology, engineering roles, and development processes is essential.

Proven experience in sourcing niche technical talent through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking platforms, is required. Excellent communication, candidate engagement, and relationship management skills are vital for success. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in recruiting or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities As a Semiconductor Recruiter at Triveni IT, your key responsibilities will include sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top semiconductor professionals across multiple technical domains such as design, verification, FPGA, VLSI, embedded systems, firmware, hardware, and process engineering. You will build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a steady flow of talent for current and future openings.

Collaborating closely with hiring managers and clients, you will understand technical requirements and deliver suitable candidates efficiently. Managing the entire recruitment process—from initial screening and interview coordination to offer negotiation—is a core aspect of the role.



You will utilize various sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify and engage potential candidates.

Conducting thorough technical assessments during screening, maintaining accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM systems, and fostering strong relationships with candidates and clients will be critical to your success.
