Surya delivers clean drinking water to millions of households through advanced treatment plants and supports thousands of farmers with solar-powered irrigation systems. The company has expanded into solar power generation, solar street lighting, and manufacturing of BIS-marked water tanks, lithium-ion batteries, LED lights, recycled plastic granules, and e-rickshaw products. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Bhubaneswar. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring teams.

The role involves partnering with department leaders to understand workforce needs, drafting and posting job descriptions, and maintaining talent pipelines for technical, engineering, operations, and corporate roles. The Recruiter will also oversee offer management, onboarding coordination,



and recruitment-related documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment metrics, contributing to employer branding initiatives, and supporting continuous improvements in talent acquisition processes.

Qualifications

- Talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities for working with hiring managers and candidates.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices, local labor regulations, and structured interview methods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; relevant HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
- Prior recruitment experience in engineering, renewable energy, infrastructure, or IT domains is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with digital collaboration platforms; knowledge of ERP-based HR modules is a plus.
