About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing talent team supporting Canada-based hiring . The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for non-IT administrative and business support positions across Canada. This role requires robust sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Canada-based administrative and non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and job fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified administrative professionals.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Stay updated on Canadian hiring trends and best recruitment practices.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of recruitment experience.
- Prior experience recruiting for Canada-based administrative/non-IT roles is highly preferred.
- Experience working with Canadian staffing agencies or recruitment processes is an advantage.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
