We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our Admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, understanding their educational and career requirements, providing information about our courses, and converting leads into enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads and enquiry databases.

- Respond to incoming calls and enquiries regarding courses, admissions, fees, eligibility, scholarships, and career opportunities.

- Understand students' academic background, career goals, and course preferences.

- Follow up regularly with interested students and parents to drive admission conversions.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups,



and admission status in CRM/Excel.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and walkin targets.

- Build a positive relationship with students and parents through qualified communication.

- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team to ensure a smooth enrolment process.

- Handle student objections and queries effectively and provide appropriate solutions.

- Stay updated about the institute's courses, offers, scholarships, and admission policies.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
