Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-friendly Receptionist cum Telecaller to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to professionally handle both front office responsibilities and telecalling activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Attend to inbound inquiries and provide information about real estate projects.
- Welcome and assist clients/customers visiting the office.
- Coordinate with walk-in clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain customer records, call logs, and visitor details in Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client handling.




- Manage front desk operations and ensure the reception area is well maintained.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi will be an added advantage).
- Pleasant personality with a qualified appearance.
- Smart, confident, polite, and customer-focused.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email is an advantage).
- Prior experience as a Receptionist, Telecaller, Customer Service Executive, or in Real Estate is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.

- Education: Graduate
