The role involves front-desk reception, patient communication, appointment scheduling, basic computer work, pharmacy assistance, medicine dispatch, and general clerical duties.Freshers who have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a professional attitude are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients in a polite and professional manner.
- Answer patient queries and communicate clearly with patients and staff.
- Book and manage patient appointments.
- Maintain proper records and complete routine clerical work.
- Support day-to-day reception and pharmacy activities.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and discipline in the workplace.
- Coordinate with doctors, pharmacy staff, and other team members when required.
- Handle patient information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
