Job Criteria

Qualification & Experience

- Any graduate with 1–2 years of relevant experience in a salon, clinic, hotel, or premium service environment.

- Candidates with experience in clinic/salon reception and customer service will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

- Manage customer appointments, bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations.

- Handle customer calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and appointment confirmations professionally.

- Coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth service experience.

- Manage billing software and maintain accurate customer and transaction records.

- Handle cash, card, and UPI transactions with basic understanding of payment processes.

- Welcome and assist VIP and premium customers with a high level of hospitality and professionalism.

- Collect customer feedback and ensure appropriate follow-up.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with patience and a service-oriented approach.





- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered.

- Ensure a pleasant, organized, and professional reception experience for every customer.

- Pleasant, confident, energetic, and well-groomed personality.

- Strong hospitality and customer-service orientation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle customers professionally, including VIP clientele.

- Good coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays on a rotational-shift basis.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, premium-service environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
