Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Alpha Diagnostic Centre, 2 stanes road, KNP puram, odakkadu, Tiruppur.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist patients and visitors
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Register patients and maintain accurate records
- Handle billing and payment collection
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments
- Respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain the reception area and administrative records

Requirements:

- Any Degree / Diploma
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email,



hospital software is an advantage)
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)
