Role & Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, site visits, and client interactions.

- Guide team members in handling customer queries and closing sales effectively.

- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to improve team productivity.

- Develop sales strategies and ensure their successful execution.

- Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and performance records.

- Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives and revenue goals.

- Handle customer escalations and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

- Ensure team discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies.

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new sales executives whenever required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with at least 12 years of Team Leader experience.

- Strong leadership, communication,



negotiation, and team management skills.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.

- Good knowledge of the Gurgaon/NCR real estate market and property sales process.

- Ability to analyze sales performance and prepare reports.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
