Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Loan Sales Executive to promote and sell loan products, including Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Auto Loans, and other banking products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through branch referrals, field visits, open market activities, and customer references.

- Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.

- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

- Assist customers with the complete loan application process.

- Collect and verify customer documents for processing.

- Coordinate with the credit, operations, and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan approval and disbursement.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.





Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

- 05 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or financial product sales.

- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sales and negotiation abilities.

- Customer-focused approach.

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Good problem-solving and relationship management skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in selling Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Auto Loans, or other financial products.

- Knowledge of banking processes and loan documentation.
