Role Description The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial properties developed by ReArch Developers Pvt. Ltd. on-site in Gurugram. This full-time role includes meeting prospective clients, conducting property tours, explaining project features, and guiding clients through the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing.

The Real Estate

Salesperson will respond to client questions, maintain strong relationships, and provide consistent follow-up to ensure a positive customer experience. Daily activities include coordinating with the project and design teams, updating and maintaining sales records, preparing basic documentation, and supporting marketing efforts such as open houses and promotional events.



The role requires consistent on-site presence at project locations and the ability to work flexible schedule based on client visits and business needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and handle client queries professionally.
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License as required by local regulations and demonstrate knowledge of real estate practices and standards.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Real Property and Real Estate concepts, including property features, legal basics, and market trends.
- Candidates should possess proven sales skills, with experience in meeting targets, negotiating terms, and closing deals in a structured, ethical manner.
- Candidates should possess good interpersonal and presentation skills, comfort with on-site client interactions, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant experience in real estate, property sales, or construction-related industries is preferred; familiarity with the Gurugram market is an advantage.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent education in business, real estate, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools (CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and messaging apps) to manage leads and maintain accurate records is desirable.
