Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Specialist role based in Lucknow.

The Real Estate

Specialist will support property transactions by identifying suitable properties, coordinating site visits, and assisting in negotiations between clients and property owners. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining updated property listings, responding to client inquiries, and providing accurate information on pricing, features, and legal requirements. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth documentation, timely closures, and compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property , including local market trends and basic legal considerations.
- Experience in Sales within the real estate sector, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Understanding of Real Estate Development processes and the ability to assess property potential and project feasibility.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, active listening, and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow and travel locally for property visits and client meetings as needed.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple properties, clients, and documentation simultaneously.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM or property management systems for maintaining records and tracking leads.
- Preferred: prior experience in real estate agencies or property consulting and a relevant diploma or degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
