About Us

Tekno Electro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (TESX Industries) is a leading Indian manufacturer of hotel RFID locks, digital safes, hotel amenities, electronic door locks, and hospitality solutions. We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to expand our presence among builders, developers, hotels, architects, and institutional projects across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate B2B sales by meeting real estate developers, builders, hotels, architects, contractors, and project consultants.
- Promote and sell TES products including RFID Hotel Locks, Digital Locks, Digital Safes, Hotel Amenities, and Hospitality Solutions.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at client sites.
- Follow up on enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team for smooth project execution.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Travel locally and across India for client meetings and project development.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in real estate, building materials, architectural hardware, hospitality products, furniture fittings, electronic security, sanitaryware, or related industries.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and site visits.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
