NEezily is looking for a senior real estate professional who can lead a sales team, build strong developer relationships, understand market opportunities, and drive revenue across residential and commercial real estate.

NThis is not just a sales management role.

NThis is a market-buildingand revenue ownership role.

NThe ideal candidate should be someone who understands Ahmedabad's real estate market deeply, can identify high-potential locations, create area-wise business plans, guide team members, and support the company in generating quality leads through solid market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities: N

- Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives / ARMs.
N
- Drive sales, site visits, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
N
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, channel partners, and property owners.
N
- Identify strong micro-markets, upcoming locations, and revenue opportunities.
N
- Create area-wise sales and revenue plans.
N
- Work with the marketingteam to plan lead generation campaigns.
N
- Ensure proper CRM updates,



reporting, and sales discipline.
N
- Personally support important client meetings and high-value closures.
N

We're looking for someone with: Nn
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales.

- Team handling experience.
N
- Strong knowledge of Ahmedabad residential and commercial real estate.
N
- Existing developer / broker relationships.
N
- Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- A target-driven and ownership-oriented mindset.
