Location: H Block, Sector 63, Noida ### Position Real Estate Sales Executive ### Salary Up to ₹30,000 per month Compensation will be based on skills, experience, and performance. ### Working Hours 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Weekly Off: Sunday ### Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling prospective clients, conducting property discussions and visits, and converting leads into successful sales. ### Key Responsibilities Generate and develop new leads through calls, references, online platforms, and other sales channels. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable properties accordingly. Handle inquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and client interactions professionally. Arrange and coordinate property visits for prospective clients. Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.



Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, and sales activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and customer experience. Stay updated on available properties, pricing, offers, and market trends. Prepare and share regular sales reports with the management. ### Candidate Requirements 0–2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Sales, or a related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. Good knowledge of sales processes and lead conversion. Customer-focused and professional approach. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive. Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
