Job Summary The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving floor sales, and maintaining product merchandising standards. The ideal candidate greets visitors warmly, understands their needs, demonstrates product features, and ensures smooth purchasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities . Sales & Customer Engagement

- Welcome mall visitors and shoppers with a friendly, welcoming approach.
- Actively assist customers by understanding their requirements and recommending appropriate products.
- Explain product features, benefits, prices, and ongoing promotions/discounts.




- Cross-sell and up-sell complementary products to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
