Position: Real Estate Sales Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Real Estate Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, manage customer inquiries, coordinate site visits, and ensure a smooth sales process from lead generation to booking.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Coordinate and schedule property site visits.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication.
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, booking forms, agreements, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with marketing, accounts, and legal teams for smooth sales operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Follow up on customer payments and required documentation.




- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or the real estate industry.
- Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
