— Real Estate Portfolio Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Portfolio Manager to manage and monitor a portfolio of real estate properties. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, analytical, and client-handling skills, along with a good understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain a portfolio of residential and/or commercial real estate properties.
- Coordinate with property owners, tenants, brokers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Track property performance, rentals, occupancy, maintenance, and documentation.
- Handle regular client communication and provide timely updates on portfolio performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve property returns and portfolio value.
- Conduct market research and track current real estate trends and pricing.
- Prepare property reports, MIS, and portfolio performance updates.
- Coordinate property visits, inspections, negotiations, and documentation when required.
- Follow up on rent payments, renewals, agreements, and other property-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records of properties, transactions, contacts, and agreements.
- Support acquisition, leasing, resale,



and other real estate transactions as required.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate, property management, portfolio management, sales, leasing, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of the Gurgaon/Delhi NCR real estate market will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management abilities.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and preparing reports.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive, target-oriented, and professional approach.
