About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Officer with a strong background in property sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential or commercial property sales and a proven ability to generate leads, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Experience Required

- 2–8 years of experience in Real Estate, Property Sales, Housing Sales, Residential Projects, Villa Sales, Apartment Sales, Plot Sales, or Property Consulting

- Experience in handling residential and/or commercial property sales preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through referrals, channel partners, site visits, digital inquiries, and networking

- Handle end-to-end sales of residential and commercial properties

- Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective buyers

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options

- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into bookings

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Build and maintain relationships with customers and investors

- Coordinate with CRM, legal, loan processing, and registration teams for smooth transactions

- Negotiate pricing and payment terms within company guidelines





- Ensure documentation and booking formalities are completed accurately

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and inventory availability

- Participate in property exhibitions, campaigns, open houses, and promotional events

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales

- Knowledge of residential projects, villas, apartments, plots, commercial properties, or property consulting

- Strong understanding of booking procedures, home loan processes, registration, and customer acquisition

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Solid communication, negotiation, and closing skills

- Ability to handle client meetings independently and site visits

- Two-wheeler or car preferred

- Valid driving license preferred
