About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven digital marketer who has hands-on experience in generating quality leads for real estate clients using platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should be confident in running, optimizing, and scaling campaigns while maintaining a strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Conduct in-depth keyword, audience, and competitor research

Optimize campaigns for CPL, lead quality, and conversion rate

Write compelling ad copies and guide creative direction

Set up proper conversion tracking using GTM, GA4, and CRM integrations





Monitor and analyze performance regularly and generate client-ready reports

Suggest data-driven improvements and A/B tests

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate lead generation via paid media

Proficient in Google Ads and Meta Ads platform

Robust understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and optimization

Experience with landing page performance and lead quality analysis

Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 for tracking

Ability to manage campaigns independently and communicate results
