We are looking for motivated, confident, and target-oriented individuals to join our sales team as Real Estate Sales Executives / Property Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and follow up with potential property buyers and investors.

- Understand customers' budget, location, and property requirements.
- Recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Conduct property presentations and arrange site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and clients.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with customers.
- Negotiate with clients and assist them throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and deal closure.

Candidate Requirements

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.




- Willingness to make calls and meet potential clients.
- Basic knowledge of Jaipur's real estate market is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome — training will be provided.
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, insurance, banking, or business development will be an added advantage.
