About Nevaya

Nevaya is building India’s first independent real estate intelligence platform.

We research residential projects, developers, locations, pricing, and market trends through structured analytical frameworks and turn that research into high-quality educational content for buyers, investors, and the wider real estate audience.

The Role

This is primarily an on-camera real estate content role.

You will become one of the key presenters communicating Nevaya’s research across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and future media platforms.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Presenting content on camera regularly
- Writing and refining scripts from Nevaya’s research
- Working with the Founder and Research team to identify strong content opportunities
- Filming educational real estate videos, explainers, project analyses, and market insights
- Editing or coordinating edits to ensure professional final output
- Visiting projects, sample flats, launch events, and real estate locations across Delhi NCR for content production

Content will be produced frequently and consistently, so comfort with regular filming and public communication is essential.

What We’re Looking For

Highest Priority

- Strong understanding of Indian real estate
- Experience creating real estate-related content, real estate videos, property explainers, architecture/urban development content, or real estate market commentary
- Excellent spoken English
- Strong Hindi communication skills
- Confidence and professionalism on camera

Also Important
- Ability to convert research into engaging scripts




- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube long-form, and LinkedIn content
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- Strong presentation and storytelling ability

This Role Is Not
- A generic social media management role
- A meme or trend-based creator role
- A purely editing-only position
