Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using modern frontend technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, analyse the impact of changes, come up with reasonable timelines, define, design, and ship current features.

- Design scalable frontend systems following industry best practices and design patterns.

- Design detailed Low-Level Designs (LLDs) for components such as designing pages, incorporating strategies for managing overall state, and implementing lazy loading.

- Develop High-Level Designs (HLDs) outlining techniques for rendering, performance optimisation, ensuring application security, and utilising appropriate design patterns for robustness and maintainability.

- Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

- Write comprehensive unit test cases to ensure code quality and reliability.

- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards.

- Knowledge of performance optimisation techniques and web security best practices.

- Experience with AWS services like S3 Route 53 CloudFront, ECS, EKS, etc is a plus.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.

- Maintain clear and concise documentation of technical specifications, code changes, and architectural decisions.





- Take initiatives to identify areas for improvement in the entire development process and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.

- 5-6 years of experience in web development using ReactJs / NextJs.

- Proficiency in core fundamentals like JavaScript (JS), TypeScript (TS), HTML, CSS, VanillaJS.

- Solid understanding of React.js, Next.js, Redux Toolkit, and Tailwind CSS.

- Experience with UI component libraries like Material-UI components.

- Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, RTK queries, and UI component libraries like Material UI or Ant Design.

- Experience with AWS CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

- Ability to write comprehensive unit test cases using testing frameworks like Jest.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The Following Aspects Would Be a Plus

- Prior experience in FinTech.

- Experience with full-stack development.

- Experience with server-side technologies like Express (Nodejs), Django (Python) or Rails.

- Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, MobX, and popular UI component libraries.
