India's leading NBFC-MFIs is Looking for:**** React Native Mobile App Developer Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality, responsive, and performant Mobile applications using React Native.
- Translate UI/UX designs into functional components and user experiences.
- Build reusable components, directives, and services following best practices.
- Integrate with RESTful APIs and collaborate with backend teams for seamless data flow.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve UI-related issues across devices.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning sessions.
- Ensure code quality through automated tests (unit and integration).
- Write clean, maintainable code with strong adherence to front-end standards.




- Work in Agile/Scrum environments, contributing to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in React Native with at least 2+ years of experience building native mobile apps.
- Solid understanding of React.js for web applications, including hooks, functional components, and lifecycle methods.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or Recoil) and handling large data sets efficiently.
- Proven ability in performance optimization for mobile and web apps (lazy loading, memoization, virtualization).
- Hands-on experience with native device features such as camera, microphone, phone calls, SMS, and push notifications.
- Knowledge of offline capabilities (local storage, SQLite, Realm, or offline-first patterns).
- Experience with REST API integration, asynchronous programming, and error handling.
- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows (branching, pull requests, CI/CD).
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Detox for mobile.
- Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and ability to design responsive layouts for both mobile and web.
- Knowledge or experience with accurate location tracking and native mapping libraries (Google Maps, Mapbox).





Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Native Modules development or bridging between native code and React Native.
- Familiarity with React Native UI libraries (React Native Paper, NativeBase, or similar).
- Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture for React web applications.
- Experience with dashboards, real-time data, or charting libraries (e.g., Victory, Recharts, D3.js).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Basic understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Java, .NET).
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) for both mobile and web apps.
- Experience with cross-platform performance tuning and debugging tools (Flipper, React DevTools).
