Job Title: .NET Core R&D; Programmer

Location: Kandivali (West), Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3–4 years

About the Role

Looking for a hands-on .NET Core Programmer who genuinely loves coding, problem-solving, experimentation, and R&D; — not a routine developer focused on bug-fixing or basic APIs. Ideal candidate goes deep into tech, explores different approaches, and independently solves challenging technical problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core / .NET 8
- Perform R&D; and technical investigation for complex/unexplored problems
- Build POCs and evaluate approaches before final implementation
- Analyze performance, memory, threading, concurrency, DB performance, and architecture
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable code
- Debug by finding root cause, not applying quick fixes
- Explore new frameworks/tools/technologies
- Contribute to architectural and design decisions
- Build reusable components/frameworks/utilities
- Refactor and optimize existing applications

Qualifications & Skills

- 3–4 years solid hands-on C# and .NET Core experience
- Genuine passion for programming and R&D;
- Strong logical/analytical problem-solving skills




- Comfortable researching independently
- Willing to go beyond documentation to understand internals
- Comfortable writing code from scratch, not just using libraries
- Robust grip on OOP, SOLID, design patterns, multithreading, async/await, exception handling
- Good SQL Server / database programming knowledge
- Understanding of performance, debugging, logging, memory management
- Able to work independently and own technical problems

Technical Skills

C#, .NET Core / .NET 8, OOP, LINQ, EF Core / ADO.NET, SQL Server, REST APIs, Multithreading/Async-Await, Debugging & Performance Optimization, Version Control

Good to Have

Windows/Background Services, WinForms/WPF, TCP/IP/Socket Programming, Modbus/Industrial Communication, OPC/PLC, Real-time data processing, Windows APIs, Docker, Message Queues, Industrial automation/manufacturing/pharma experience

Soft Skills

Strong communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, customer-oriented mindset

Note: Candidates residing on the western line of Mumbai preferred for ease of commute.
