Responsible for leading the R&D; function, driving innovation, new product development, product engineering, technology advancement, and product quality for consumer electronics and home appliance products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the R&D; and Product Development teams
- Drive New Product Development (NPD) from concept to commercialization
- Develop product roadmaps based on market trends and customer requirements
- Oversee product design, prototyping, testing, validation, and certification
- Drive technology innovation, product enhancement, and cost optimization
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams
- Ensure products comply with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Conduct technology benchmarking and competitor analysis
- Manage engineering changes, technical documentation, and product lifecycle activities
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior engineering and R&D; teams

Skills Required:

- Strong expertise in R&D;, product development, and engineering




- In-depth knowledge of consumer electronics / home appliance technologies
- Expertise in NPD, product design, testing, and validation
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
- Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Qualification & Experience:

- BE/B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline
- 15–20 years of experience in R&D; / Product Development
- 5–8 years in a senior R&D; leadership position

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in large consumer electronics or home appliance organizations such as LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Haier, Panasonic, Godrej, Voltas, Blue Star, or similar companies
- Strong exposure to products such as Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, TVs, or other consumer electronics
- Experience managing large-scale R&D; teams and multiple product development programs

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per month
