- Provide design inputs for RFQ cost estimation and initial feasibility study.

- Perform detailed feasibility studies for current products, including product design, FEA analysis, Design for Manufacturability (DFM), value engineering proposals, and customer technical discussions until design finalization.

- Develop complete manufacturing die designs to support new product development, interpret MAGMA simulation results, recommend solutions for anticipated defects, and perform design calculations and design verification.

- Coordinate with suppliers for detailed die design, manufacturing activities, product dimension verification, and tooling modifications.

- Update die designs based on engineering changes and quality, productivity, and cost improvement initiatives.

- Minimize manufacturing breakdowns, reduce die design lead time, and lower the number of design changes after release for manufacturing.

- Ensure compliance with quality systems and processes, maintain design documentation, and participate in design reviews.

- Collaborate with engineering teams on defect analysis and systematic problem-solving to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.
