We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Raw Material Procurement Executive to manage procurement activities for raw materials required for our skincare and personal care product range. The role requires ensuring timely sourcing, cost optimization, quality compliance, and uninterrupted material availability to support production.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and procure raw materials and consumables as per production requirements.

- Manage end-to-end procurement cycle including vendor identification, RFQs, negotiations, PO creation, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, QA/QC, and Stores for material planning and requirements.

- Ensure timely availability of raw materials to avoid production disruptions.

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor base and evaluate supplier performance.

- Ensure procured materials meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.





- Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning to optimize stock.

- Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Maintain procurement records, documentation, and MIS reports.

- Support audits and compliance related to procurement documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in raw material procurement, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, pharma, or FMCG.

- Knowledge of raw materials used in cosmetic/personal care formulations is preferred.

- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.

- Understanding of procurement processes, inventory planning, and documentation.

- Proficiency in Excel/ERP systems (Zoho/SAP or similar preferred).

- Good communication and coordination skills.
