Job Overview

We are looking for a energetic and results-oriented Raw Material Sales Manager with 5-8 years of experience in the poultry feed industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling raw materials used in poultry feed manufacturing and possess strong relationships with feed mills, integrators, and poultry businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage sales of raw materials for the poultry feed industry.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with feed manufacturers, poultry integrators, distributors, and key customers.

- Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.

- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery.

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback for management.

Requirements

- 5-8 years of experience in raw material sales within the poultry feed industry.

- Strong understanding of poultry feed ingredients and raw materials such as soybean meal, maize, DDGS, rice bran, feed additives,



amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and other feed ingredients.

- Established network with poultry feed manufacturers and integrators.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.

- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Knowledge of feed formulation and the poultry feed supply chain will be an added advantage.
