Job Summary:-

We are looking for a highly skilled RF Engineer to design, integrate, test, and support advanced Counter Surveillance Systems. The candidate will work with RF detection equipment, spectrum monitoring solutions, hidden device detection systems, antenna technologies, and electronic counter-surveillance equipment. The role includes laboratory testing, field deployment, troubleshooting, and customer demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, integrate, and optimize RF-based Counter Surveillance Systems.
- Perform RF spectrum analysis and signal identification using professional RF test equipment.
- Configure and validate RF detectors, spectrum analyzers, antennas, and surveillance detection systems.
- Conduct Technical Surveillance Counter Measure (TSCM) inspections and RF sweeps.
- Analyse RF signals including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GSM, LTE, 5G, ISM, GPS, LoRa, and other wireless protocols.

- Perform RF measurements including power, sensitivity, interference, harmonics, and spurious emissions.
- Develop RF test procedures and validation reports.
- Assist in product development, prototype evaluation, and system integration.

- Support customer demonstrations, field trials, and technical training.
- Troubleshoot RF hardware and communication-related issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and engineering reports.





- Coordinate with hardware, embedded, software, and mechanical engineering teams.
- Stay updated with emerging RF technologies and counter-surveillance trends.
- Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of RF Engineering fundamentals.

- Experience with RF detection and wireless communication systems.
- Knowledge of antennas, filters, amplifiers, RF front-end circuits, and propagation.
- Understanding of frequency bands from approximately 100 MHz to 6 GHz (higher frequencies are an advantage).

- Knowledge of RF interference analysis and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC/EMI).
- Ability to analyse and identify wireless communication protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Good technical documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics & Communication, RF Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Experience in Counter Surveillance, TSCM, Defence Electronics, Electronic Warfare (EW), or Security Systems will be preferred.

- Familiarity with RF simulation tools.
