Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality radiation therapy treatment to patients with cancer, ensuring accurate and accurate delivery of radiation doses.

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress during radiation therapy sessions.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients undergoing radiotherapy.

- Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in radiation oncology technology and techniques to improve treatment outcomes.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MS/MD (Radiation Oncology) degree from a recognized institution.

- DMRT (Diploma in Medical Radiotherapy Technician) certification preferred but not mandatory.

- 0-5 years of experience as a Radiation Oncologist; freshers can also apply.

- Strong knowledge of radiation oncology principles, practices, and protocols.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and patients.
