We’re Hiring: Quick Commerce Manager – Blinkit

Koxtons Sports is looking for an experienced Quick Commerce Manager with strong hands-on experience in managing and growing business on Blinkit.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Blinkit operations and sales.
- Drive product listings, pricing, promotions, visibility, and platform growth.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, fill rates, and replenishment to avoid OOS.
- Plan and execute Blinkit advertisements and promotional campaigns.
- Track sales, margins, commissions, platform charges, and overall profitability.
- Analyse SKU-wise performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and DRR.
- Coordinate with Blinkit category/account managers for campaigns, visibility, and business growth.
- Manage PO planning, fulfilment, inwarding, returns, claims, and reconciliation.




- Build strategies to scale existing products and successfully launch current SKUs.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports covering sales, inventory, advertising, and profitability.

Ideal Candidate:
- 2–5 years of e-commerce/quick-commerce experience.
- Hands-on Blinkit experience is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of Blinkit seller/vendor operations and commercial structure.
- Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
- Experience with FMCG, sports, fitness, toys, or consumer products will be an advantage.
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on both revenue growth and profitability.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
