Role Overview

We are seeking a precise and analytical Quantity Surveyor to manage all financial aspects of our commercial and hospital interior fit-out projects. From initial cost estimation and BOQ preparation to interim valuations, variation order management, and final account settlements, you will ensure Orange Interior maintains profitability while providing competitive pricing to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Estimation & BOQ Preparation: Analyze architectural/MEP drawings to prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates for commercial and hospital projects.

Tender & Commercial Analysis: Review tender documentation, prepare competitive bids, and perform cost comparison analysis for specialized interior sub-contracts.

Variation Management: Identify, document, and price design variations or scope additions during construction, negotiating change orders with clients/consultants.

Measurement & Valuations:



Conduct site visits to measure completed work, verify sub-contractor monthly payment applications, and prepare progress billing for clients.

Final Accounts Settlement: Settle final project accounts with clients and sub-contractors, analyzing budget variances to optimize future project costs.

Key Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Economics.

2–6 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interior fit-out or commercial/healthcare construction projects.

Expertise in AutoCad, MS Excel, estimation software, and contract conditions (e.g., FIDIC or local interior standards).

Solid analytical mindset, commercial acumen, and sharp negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
