Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Dholera.

The Quantity

Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), monitoring project costs, and supporting cost planning from pre-construction through project completion. Daily tasks include tracking expenditures, updating cost reports, assisting with valuations and certifications, and coordinating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate quantity measurements and financial records. The role also involves identifying cost variances, contributing to budget forecasts,



and supporting procurement and contract administration to maintain financial control and project efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Cost Control and Cost Management to monitor budgets, manage expenditures, and support financial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Candidates should possess skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting to prepare estimates, forecasts, and periodic financial reports for stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess strong BOQ-related skills, including quantity take-offs, preparation, and verification of Bills of Quantities for various project stages.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency with quantity surveying and MS Office tools; familiarity with cost management or ERP software is an advantage.
- Solid analytical, numerical, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Dholera, communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams, and manage deadlines.
- Knowledge of standard construction contracts, local regulations, and industry best practices is beneficial.
