We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare quantity estimates, evaluate contractor bills, and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of construction materials, BOQs, contracts, and rate analysis.

Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad

Experience: 4 + years

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and project specifications.
- Estimate material quantities and project costs for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow projections.
- Verify contractor and subcontractor bills and recommend payments.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.




- Prepare and evaluate tender documents and quotations.
- Track material consumption and minimize wastage.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of quantity surveying principles and construction costing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for quantity take-offs.
- Excellent command of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and billing procedures.
- Familiarity with construction contracts and tendering processes.

Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
