Job Title: Quality Supervisor

Department: Quality Control

Location: SIDCO, Thirumudivakkam, Chennai

Experience: 5–10 Years

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead the Quality Inspection team.
- Ensure incoming, in-process, and final inspections are conducted as per quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001, and quality documentation.
- Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, CAPA, and 8D methodologies.
- Ability to monitor process quality, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions.
- Experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings, GD&T;, and using measuring instruments.

Pay: From ₹23,000.00 per month
