Designation: Quality Supervisor – Powder Coating

Department: Quality

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical

Experience: 3–6 Years (Powder Coating / Sheet Metal Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect powder-coated components during in-process and final inspection.
- Check coating thickness, gloss, adhesion, color, and surface finish.
- Identify and control coating defects.
- Maintain inspection records and quality reports.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
- Coordinate with Production to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Support internal audits and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of powder coating quality standards.
- Hands-on experience with DFT Gauge and inspection tools.
- Understanding of 7 QC Tools, CAPA, and 5 Why Analysis.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
