Hexon Engineers, a Pune-based manufacturer of precision hydraulic fittings and adapters serving the Oil & Gas, Construction, Agriculture and Manufacturing industries, is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team in Chikhali, Pimpri-Chinchwad. The successful candidate will inspect raw materials, in-process components and finished hydraulic fittings to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards. This is a great opportunity for candidates with 0-3 years of experience looking to build a career in quality control within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Inspect incoming raw materials and components from vendors for conformance to specifications

- Conduct in-process and final inspection of hydraulic fittings using measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, thread gauges, etc.)

- Identify and record non-conforming products, and report deviations to the Production/Quality Manager

- Maintain accurate inspection records, quality reports and documentation





- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures at every stage of production

- Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality issues and support corrective actions

- Assist in maintaining calibration records for inspection tools and instruments

Qualifications and Skills

- 12th Pass / ITI (Mechanical or Production trade preferred)

- 0-3 years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in a manufacturing or machining workplace

- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges)

- Ability to read engineering drawings preferred

- Good attention to detail and strong communication skills

- Punctual, disciplined, and safety-conscious

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
