Key Responsibilities

- Conduct incoming inspection of raw materials, bought-out components, and outsourced products as per inspection plans.

- Perform final inspection of finished fasteners before dispatch.

- Verify dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, plug gauges, ring gauges, height gauges, and other inspection equipment.

- Identify and segregate non-conforming materials and products.

- Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and traceability records.

- Coordinate with production and stores to resolve quality issues.

- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, drawings, and applicable standards.

- Support calibration control and proper handling of inspection instruments.

- Assist during customer audits and internal quality audits.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inspection area.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
