Primary Responsibilities:

1. Monitor , Test and report on quality of product

2. Implement IATF, ISO , and all company QA requirements

Knowledge of

1. Product manufacturing process like machining, welding, painting, plating etc.

2. Total quality control

3. Part inspection methods
4. 4-M Methodology to facilitate tolling/ process correction

Regular Responsibilities
1. Part inspection from start, In process upto final product
2. identify and solve root of quality issues, Technical issues,complaints at in-house, supplier and customer head and generation of corrective steps
3. review current blue prints and quality documentation
4. Implementation of structured problem solving to eliminate chronic defects
5. Maintaining & enhancing PQCDMS parameters
6. Support Production team in their quality concerns, problem solving
7. Support on controlling rejection rework
8. Handling Supplier Audit with required preparations
9. Prepare and follow SOP for work instructions, Quality Alert, OPL, Inspection check sheet and still matrix

10. Follow Material Management system
11. Monitor Product, Process & Machine parameter

Regular internal audits
13. Standardizing & documentation operations procedures

14. Maintain Audit reports
15. Monitoring entire production process cycle and reporting malfunction

Educational Qualification

BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant field

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical)

Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus

Work Experience:

1. 4-6 Years in Quality Department
2. Industry-specific (Auto ancillary Component, Copper Machining, Stamping, Sheet Metal components, Press tool, Engineering products) experience related preferred
3. Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
4. In-depth understanding of technical documentation

5. Familiarity with statistical analysis

6. Positive analytical skills

7. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials and quality assurance protocols can be beneficial.
