Key Responsibilities

● Ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

● Conduct in-process, incoming, and final quality inspections.

● Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

● Monitor quality KPIs such as FTR, PPM, rejection rates, and customer complaints.

● Drive continuous improvement initiatives using quality tools and methodologies.

● Develop and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, inspection standards, and checklists.

● Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, NPD, and Supply Chain teams to improve process capability.

● Participate in internal audits and support external quality audits.

● Ensure compliance with quality management systems and safety standards.

● Train production teams on quality standards and best practices.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
