We are actively seeking a Quality Engineer site to oversee a specific region, requiring substantial experience in B2B & B2C sales within the same industry.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings throughout installation and construction phases.
· Conduct final inspections according to approved final drawings.
· Verify all installed products against drawings and specifications.
· Identify, check, and document any deviations or discrepancies from specifications during inspections.
· Confirm that all products are installed correctly and meet project requirements.
· Identify and document any defects or quality issues found during inspections.
· Monitor and track the progress of quality control activities at the site.
· Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all quality control activities and inspection findings.
· Collaborate with installation teams and coordinators to rectify quality issues or deviations effectively.
· Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality control concerns and ensure resolution.
· Provide timely quality control feedback related to contractor bills and update relevant ERP systems accordingly.
· Maintain a monthly final handover project tracker to monitor project status.
· Collect and review client feedback regarding project satisfaction for continuous quality improvement.
· Monitor and train workers to ensure adherence to safety regulations and prevent safety incidents at the factory and site.
· Maintain comprehensive records of project activities including partial handovers, final handovers,
monthly handover trackers, and any approved drawing changes.
· Submit the final handover report promptly using the Wings system or designated platform.
· Identify opportunities for process optimization and workflow improvements on site.
· Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding outstanding final handover projects.
· Adhere strictly to company policies, quality standards, and codes of conduct.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field preferred.
- Experience in quality control or quality assurance within modular furniture, kitchen, or wardrobe installation projects is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of quality inspection methods related to modular kitchen and wardrobe installation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate records and preparing quality reports.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with teams and clients.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and corrective action implementation skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and project tracking tools is a plus.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
