Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineers to join our Quality Assurance team. The selected candidates will be responsible for incoming material inspection, in-process and final inspection, precision component measurement, quality documentation, drawing interpretation, and supporting aerospace quality system requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving Quality Inspector (RI)

- Perform incoming inspection of raw materials, bought-out components, and supplier parts as per drawings and specifications.
- Verify supplier documents, material certificates, inspection reports, and traceability records.
- Inspect incoming components using precision measuring instruments.
- Identify and report non-conforming materials and coordinate with suppliers for corrective actions.
- Maintain incoming inspection records and quality documentation.




- Support supplier quality improvement activities.

Line / Final Inspection

- Conduct in-process and final inspection of precision machined components.
- Verify component dimensions, workmanship, and specifications as per engineering drawings.
- Ensure product conformity before dispatch/customer inspection.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.

Trainee – Quality

- Support quality inspection activities under guidance.
- Assist in dimensional inspection and documentation.
- Learn aerospace quality standards, inspection methods, and measurement techniques.
- Support quality improvement activities.

Documentation Engineer

- Prepare, maintain, and update quality-related documents and records.
- Manage inspection reports, quality formats, and document revisions.
- Support audit preparation and compliance documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of quality records and traceability documents.

Common Technical Responsibilities

- Inspect precision machined components as per defined procedures and customer requirements.
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T; requirements.

- Vernier Caliper

- Micrometer

- Height Gauge

- Bore Gauge

- Dial Indicator

- CMM

- Optical Comparator
- Support calibration activities of measuring instruments.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

Required Technical Skills

- Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Good understanding of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments and inspection methods.
- Understanding of aerospace / precision manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
