Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance & Quality Control

- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, ASME Section X, RTP-1, EN13121, DIN, and other applicable international standards.

Conduct quality inspections throughout manufacturing, including: · Incoming raw materials

· FRP fabrication process

· Welding and fabrication inspections

· Assembly

· Hydro testing

· Final inspection before dispatch

- Ensure defect-free manufacturing through effective quality control procedures.
- Monitor Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Destructive Testing (DT) activities wherever applicable.
- Verify material traceability and Material Test Certificates (MTC/MTR).
- Investigate quality issues, non-conformities, customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

2. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure products comply with

· ASME Section X

· RTP-1

· EN13121

· DIN Standards

· ISO 9001 Quality Management System

Review and maintain

· Inspection Test Plans (ITP)

· Quality Control Plans (QCP)





· Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)

· Procedure Qualification Records (PQR)

· Material Test Reports (MTR)

· Inspection Reports

· Final Quality Dossiers

· Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, third-party inspection agencies, and certification bodies.

3. Process Improvement

· Conduct Internal Quality Audits.

· Support External Certification Audits.

· Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives using:

· Lean Manufacturing

· Six Sigma

· 5S

· Root Cause Analysis

· Implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).

4. Team Management

- Supervise QC Inspectors and Quality Technicians.
- Allocate inspection activities.
- Monitor inspection schedules.
- Conduct quality awareness and technical training.
