Role & responsibilities

- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection.

- Ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards.

- Monitor rejection, rework, and process deviations.

- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA.

- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.

- Implement and maintain quality standards as per ISO 9001.

- Handle customer complaints and coordinate timely resolution.

- Coordinate with suppliers regarding incoming material quality.

- Support internal, external, supplier, and customer audits.

- Work closely with Production, PPC, Purchase, Stores, and Maintenance.

- Implement 7 QC Tools, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.





- 25 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance in a manufacturing industry.

- Hands-on knowledge of 7 QC Tools, RCA, CAPA, 5S, Kaizen, and basic Lean practices.

- Experience in Incoming, In-Process and Final Inspection.

- Valuable understanding of ISO 9001 and quality documentation.

- Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection techniques.

- Experience in handling supplier and customer quality issues will be an advantage.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

- Candidates with experience in sheet metal, fabrication, furniture, engineering, or automotive manufacturing will be preferred.
