- Hands on experience working on the six phases of the APQP Process and their inputs and outputs
- Print Reading -Able to read and understand the Engineering Drawings very well
- Hands on experience working on DFMEA (Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis)
- preferably on products like Trucks and Engines parts
- Hands on experience working on PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis) and Control Plan preferably on products like Trucks and Engine parts
- Quality gates and In Process Validation (IPV)
- IQA (In coming Quality Audit)
- Understands the alignment between the APQP and PPAP processes. Be able to recognize the elements of PPAP as well as notification and level requirements and PPAP dispositions.
- Creation of SFMEA document with risk mitigation plan
