The Quality Controller (QC) at Odyssia Footwear Production Company is responsible for ensuring that all footwear products meet the required quality standards before reaching the market. This role involves inspecting raw materials, monitoring production processes, conducting tests, and identifying defects to maintain consistent product quality and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Conduct quality checks at various stages of production (raw materials, in-process, and final inspection).

· Ensure products meet industry standards and company specifications.

· Identify defects and work with the production team to resolve quality issues.

· Maintain and update quality control records and reports.

· Assist in implementing quality improvement strategies.





· Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

· 1 year of experience in Footwear quality control or similar role preferably in a manufacturing environment.

· Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

· Ability to work effectively in a dynamic workplace with multiple priorities and deadlines.

· Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
