Quality Control (QC) Head – Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control (QC) Head to lead the quality function at our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quality assurance and quality control within the Cement, AAC/ALC Panels, Building Materials, Sand, Concrete, or Raw Materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure quality standards.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and implement quality control procedures.
- Conduct quality inspections, testing, and maintain quality documentation.
- Investigate defects and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Maintain calibration and accuracy of testing equipment.
- Analyze quality data and drive continuous process improvement.
- Lead quality initiatives and train production teams on quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related discipline).




- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Mandatory experience in Cement, AAC/ALC Panels, Building Materials, Sand, Concrete, or Raw Material industries.
- Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, Six Sigma, and quality inspection tools.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
